The operation principle intruduction of this machine:
  1)Fabric is moved into soaking trough on open-width state after been high-pressure sprayed,from fabric-entry mouth.The machine hand in the soaking trough pats the fabric fully,soaking and moistening the fabric.
  2)Fabric is entangled to winch in soaking trough,then moved into wash tank.There are two groups wash trough in every tank(Whole washing process need about 3-5 tanks),one group belongs to second circle and the othe belongs thir circle.
  3)Winch fabric is moved to wash trough after passing its entrance and high-temperature high-pressure sprayed.The water in the trough is filled into the spray-mouth replaces the old water and takes way the cling continuously and repeatly.
  5)When fabric stays in the water-trough for a certain time,the switch detects the signal and controls the pad work automaticales the fabric,at the same time,sending the fabric to prism drawing-wheel.
  6)Prism drawing-wheel pats the fabric,at the same time,delivers the fabric into next wash-trough spray-mouth.
  7)Complement pipe is setted into the wash-tank if needed,also there are flow-meter and quantitative-pump on the complement pipe to constantly supply scour.
  8)There are water-position and water-overflow devices in every wash-trough.When the complement pipe fills in too much water and exceeds the water-position,the extra water can be taken to the front wash-trough by water-overflow tank and pump if needed.
  9)After rotated and extended,the winch fabric is open-width.
  10)From winch fabric-entry to been extended,the fabric is on the condition of tension.We can add winch washer on the fabric-delivery end to reduce the tension.
